1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

Welcome to YTCareer.com (the "Portal"), owned and operated by Yorkshire Technolabs. By accessing our platform, registering an account as a Job Seeker or Recruiter, uploading resumes, querying our candidate index, or publishing job vacancies, you enter into a legally binding agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and applicable Indian regulations.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity and corporate authority to execute this agreement.

2. Single-User Login Policy & Shared Credential Ban

Consistent with major recruitment platforms (Naukri.com, Foundit.in, Shine.com), all user accounts created on YTCareer.com are strictly personal and non-transferable:

Individual Account License: Recruiter database access licenses and posting subscriptions are issued per individual user seat. Sharing login credentials, passwords, or session tokens across multiple recruiters or corporate entities is strictly prohibited.
Multi-Seat Enterprise Access: Organizations requiring multi-user access must purchase distinct seat licenses or configure designated sub-user accounts. Sharing a single account seat will trigger immediate account suspension without entitlement to refund.
Automated IP & Session Monitoring: We continuously monitor login locations, concurrent IP connections, and browser fingerprints. Detecting concurrent logins across distinct geographic regions will auto-flag and freeze the account for security review.

3. Candidate Resume Database Access & Fair Use Policy (FUP)

To prevent database harvesting, candidate privacy leakage, and commercial scraping, YTCareer.com enforces a strict Resume Database Fair Use Policy (FUP):

Daily Download Thresholds: Enterprise recruiter access is subject to daily and monthly download caps (standard limit of 100 candidate profile/resume downloads per seat per day, unless explicitly extended via written enterprise agreement).
Automated Extraction & Scraping Prohibitions: The deployment of web scrapers, crawlers, headless browsers, browser extensions, or automated extraction tools to harvest candidate data is illegal and strictly banned. Violators will face immediate account termination, forfeiture of balance, and legal prosecution.

4. Prohibited Recruiter Misuse & Anti-Spam Guidelines

Candidate resumes and contact credentials retrieved from YTCareer.com must be utilized exclusively for bona fide recruitment queries concerning active, genuine employment opportunities:

No Commercial Cross-Selling: Recruiters are strictly forbidden from utilizing candidate contact details (emails, phone numbers, WhatsApp) to market financial services, personal loans, credit cards, insurance plans, real estate, coaching classes, or paid certification programs.
Third-Party Reselling Ban: Unlocked candidate data cannot be resold, rented, leased, aggregated, or shared with third-party recruitment agencies, staffing brokers, or lead-generation databases.

5. Zero Candidate Fee Policy & Job Scam Prevention

YTCareer.com operates on a strict 100% Free for Job Seekers standard, modeled after Apna.co and Naukri.com security charters:

Zero Charge Guarantee for Job Seekers: YTCareer.com never demands, collects, or authorizes any fees from candidates for job applications, interview scheduling, offer letters, laptop security deposits, medical tests, or onboarding processing. Any recruiter or employer soliciting payment from candidates will be permanently banned, reported to cybercrime authorities, and subjected to legal recovery.

6. TRAI Compliance & DND Registry Consent Override

By registering on YTCareer.com and providing your mobile number, you grant explicit consent for operational and transactional communications under Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) directives:

Telecom Consent Override: You authorize YTCareer.com, verified employers, and telecom infrastructure partners to send transactional SMS alerts, IVR phone calls, verification OTPs, and WhatsApp updates regarding job matches, application statuses, and interview requests.
NCPR / DND Waiver: This authorization acts as a valid opt-in that explicitly overrides any registration on the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR / Do Not Disturb - DND registry). Users may modify communication preferences within their profile settings at any time.

7. Equal Employment Opportunity & Non-Discrimination Policy

Recruiters using YTCareer.com must adhere to fair hiring standards. Job postings containing discriminatory criteria based on caste, religion, race, gender, age, marital status, national origin, sexual orientation, or physical disability are prohibited and subject to instant removal without notice.

8. Intellectual Property & Service Availability

All software code, database schemas, brand trademarks, UI designs, and proprietary match algorithms on YTCareer.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Yorkshire Technolabs. We reserve the right to suspend or modify platform services for maintenance, upgrades, or security enhancements without prior liability.
