1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

Welcome to YTCareer.com (the "Portal"), operated by Yorkshire Technolabs. By registering an account as a Job Seeker or Recruiter, uploading resumes, searching database indexes, or applying for vacancies, you enter into a legally binding agreement. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to consent to this agreement.

2. Single-User Login Policy & Shared Login Ban

Recruiter and Candidate accounts registered on YTCareer.com are strictly for individual, single-user access:

No Shared Logins: Sharing login credentials, usernames, or passwords with other recruiters, team members, or third parties is strictly prohibited.
Sub-User Channels: Enterprise recruiters requiring multi-user access must purchase distinct seats or assign individual sub-user accounts. Sharing a single subscription seat will lead to immediate account suspension without refund.
IP Monitoring: We monitor login locations and concurrent sessions. Multiple simultaneous accesses from distinct geographic locations may trigger security flags and auto-freeze the account.

3. Resume Database Access & Fair Use Policy

To prevent database leakage, scraping, or systemic harvesting of candidate records, YTCareer.com enforces a strict Resume Download Fair Use Policy (FUP) matching major Indian boards (Naukri.com, foundit.in):

Daily Download Thresholds: Recruiter database access licenses are subject to daily and monthly download limits (typically capped at 100 resume views or downloads per seat per day, unless explicitly customized in writing).
Automated Scraping Ban: Any utilization of crawlers, scraper scripts, browser extensions, or automated tools to download candidate details will result in immediate termination of access and listing on our industry-wide abuse blacklist.

4. Spam, Cross-Selling & Misuse Prohibitions

Candidate resumes and profiles unlocked from our database must be used exclusively for bona fide recruitment queries:

No Commercial Cross-Selling: Recruiters are strictly prohibited from using candidate email IDs or phone numbers to pitch loans, insurance plans, credit card offers, coaching classes, or training certifications.
Third-Party Sharing: Candidate profiles obtained via YTCareer.com cannot be resold, rented, or shared with third-party recruitment agencies or aggregators without the candidate's explicit consent.

5. TRAI Compliance & DND Registry Overrides

By registering on YTCareer.com and providing your mobile contact details, you express explicit consent to receive communications:

TRAI Registry Consent Override: You authorize YTCareer.com, its recruiters, and its partner telecommunication vendors to send job alerts, application updates, verification codes (OTPs), and phone calls even if your contact number is registered under the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR / Do Not Disturb - DND registry) under Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) guidelines.

6. Equal Opportunity & EEO Compliance

Recruiters agree to comply with EEO standards. Listings containing discriminatory requirements regarding caste, race, gender, religion, national origin, age, sexual orientation, or physical disability are prohibited and will be removed immediately.
