Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Recruitment Packages, Subscriptions & GST Invoicing

YTCareer.com offers B2B recruitment tools including Resume Database access licenses, Job Posting subscriptions, and automated campaign tokens. Payments are collected in advance. In compliance with Indian Tax Laws:

GST Charges: All prices displayed on our pricing cards are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). A standard 18% GST (or applicable rate) is calculated and added to the billing summary during check-out.
Input Tax Credit (ITC): Corporate recruiters requiring a GST invoice to claim Input Tax Credit must submit their verified GSTIN (GST Identification Number) and legal company name at checkout. Revised invoices will not be issued retroactively if GSTIN details are omitted.

2. Strict No-Refund Standard

Because B2B services, credits, and database unlock keys are provisioned immediately upon successful transaction authentication at our payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree, or Net Banking):

Standard Billing Terms: All subscription charges, job posting credits, database licenses, and email outreach fees paid to YTCareer.com are strictly non-refundable. We do not issue cash refunds, prorated credits, or service swaps for active or partially used cycles.

3. Disclaimer of Placement & Candidate Response Guarantees

In alignment with major recruitment boards (Naukri.com, TimesJobs.com):

No Hiring Guarantees: Purchasing job posting credits or resume search licenses does not guarantee candidate applications, response rates, interview completions, or successful hiring placements.
Database Accuracy: While we verify recruiter and seeker profiles, candidate responses depend on market trends, compensation standards, and profile match parameters. Refund requests based on "no responses from candidates" will not be processed.

4. Suspension & Forfeiture on Policy Violations

We maintain strict security audits to protect job seekers:

Prohibited Actions: Any account found posting fraudulent vacancies, promoting multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes, soliciting payment from candidates, or cross-selling financial schemes (e.g. loans/insurance) will be suspended immediately.
Forfeiture of Balance: If an account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our terms, all prepaid balances, active credits, and unused subscription cycles are permanently forfeited. No refund claims will be honored.

5. Subscription Cancellations & Upgrades

Recruiters holding active monthly or annual B2B plans can cancel their subscriptions at any time through their settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the current cycle expires. If upgrading a package, the remaining value of the current cycle is prorated and credited toward the new package price.

6. Billing Disputes & Technical Gateway Errors

Exceptions to the standard policy are only evaluated in the event of double billing errors or provisioning failures. Claims must be submitted to contact@ytcareer.com with bank receipts within seven (7) business days of the transaction date.
