We use information collected from our services to provide, maintain, protect and improve them. For candidates, this means sharing resumes with companies you explicitly apply to. For recruiters, your company details are shown alongside published vacancies.

We do not share personal information with companies, organizations, and individuals outside of ytcareer unless one of the following circumstances applies:

• With your explicit consent (e.g., sending applications).
• For external processing by trusted partner vendors.
• For legal reasons (court orders, law enforcement requests).

We use cookies to analyze web traffic and maintain login sessions. You can restrict cookie settings in your browser, but some portal features may fail to function.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You can request to delete your profile account at any time. Resumes and login traces will be permanently purged from our active databases within 30 days.
